To read these files you need either the CIRCAD DEMO (Available on this 
system) or you must purchase the full program.  I believe the CIRCAD 
program will become the defacto standard for creating and exchanging 
Schematic and PCB files.  If you like this program and agree, you can 
help by telling others about this program and copying the demo files.  
I've been using it myself since its first days and find it to be an 
excellent program.
